Well,
research is the word of the day... We're planning on building our own smoke house to smoke fish and meat here for the restaurant. The first weekend in March. We're looking for people to swap a days work with us for a night in the hotel and some communal food. In particular we need people who can build things. .. or make good tea....

Day one of Wedding gift give away ...
Well,
'Day one of the 30 days Wedding Gift offer' in the house (say it fast with a geordy accent for best effect.. where for every premium wedding booked here at Wild Samphire we are gifting a portion of the cooperative owners scheme. (Worth over £15k). Which in short means that for every one we sell the family get 7 days accommodation a year for 13 years plus 13 years of cashback (£750) on their anniversary... It's a lovely deal based on the belief that we'd rather have people who love the place as our partners rather than the high street banks.....
anyone who wants a brochure of this can email me on info@wildsamphire, head it 'owners club' and i'll send it out to you.
you can also use SIPP pensions to buy portions of the same with the government fronting 20% of it for you too....
The restaurant design is nearly finished and we're signing off the menu's ready to go with our test weekend this weekend.
If anybody wishes to come for our test weekend, we're doing the rooms at 50% this weekend (£225 for two nights rather than one....) Just mention the blog when you book...

First steps.
Well, here we are, about to set sail on launching Wild Samphire into the West Wales restaurant market. We've spent six months since we brought the site bringing together an excellent Chef team and getting the site up and running again, (it had been closed for some 9 months before we completed). .... More of that to come....
